Yes, Get Freaky Festival is an 18+ event. No minors are allowed and valid proof of age is required for entry. Check here for acceptable forms of ID.

Get Freaky Festival will adhere to a CLEAR BAG POLICY. Please read what bags are allowed and not allowed here.
Camel-baks or hydration packs are allowed; they must be less than 3 compartments, and they do not have to be clear. Empty water bottles are allowed; they must be plastic. No metal or aluminum water bottles. Camel-baks or hydration packs must be empty upon arrival. There will be water refill stations and water for sale.
Lockers are available to rent. You can pre-purchase here (click tickets and scroll down to the add-on section) or you can rent a locker inside the event. Lockers will be available in 2 sizes: Normal or XL. A normal locker measures approximately 8″ high, 12″ wide, and 16″ deep—plenty of space for backpacks or purses. An XL locker measures 12″ high, 17″ wide, and 16″ deep. All lockers are equipped with charging cables to plug your phone in and charge it.
Arrive at the venue much earlier than your first set time you want to see to allow time for parking and getting through the entry gates. The busiest hours will be 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm.

Parking is $20 per car per day. Parking is limited on festival grounds, and carpooling is highly encouraged. Parking is first come, first serve. The main parking lot at the Utah State Fairpark is located at 1098 W 200 N Parking Lot. The secondary lot that will open once the main lot has been filled is located at 1137 W. North Temple.
No, oversized vehicles are not allowed to park in the parking lot. You can be dropped off by a limo, RV, or Sprinter Van at the rideshare drop-off location located on 300 N on the North side of the fair park.
No. There is absolutely no tailgating/drinking/hanging out in the parking lot. Security and police officers will be roaming the lot. Once you park, head inside the festival!
Yes. Uber, Lyft, taxi cabs, and other rideshare options will pick up at the venue. A rideshare (Uber/Lyft) drop-off/pickup is located on 300 N on the North side of the fair park.
No. RVs or camp trailers are not allowed on the festival grounds or parking lots. There is a KOA near the festival grounds.
The Utah State Fairpark is located just west of downtown Salt Lake City. Hotels near the airport or downtown area are close and accessible by public transportation.
There is no re-entry for this event.
If you need to bring a medical prescription, you can check in with the security manager at the front gates.
Yes, breast pumps are allowed. For re-entry due to pumping in your car, please coordinate with a security manager upon exiting and returning.
Vapes and vape juice are allowed inside. You can only bring in unopened bottles of vape juice.
Totems are not allowed, this includes retractable flagpoles. Hand-held signs are ok.
We do not allow outside cameras inside without prior approval. Fill out this FORM and you can pick up your camera pass at the Box Office, given you already have a festival ticket. This pass allows camera entry but doesn’t grant backstage access or beyond general admission areas.

Most of the festival is cashless; some vendors may accept cash but most will be card only.
Don’t worry, there’s a chance to reclaim your lost items. Our Lost and Found is open from 4:00 PM until the end of the show each day. Afterward, check our off-site Lost & Found starting at 4:00 PM the Monday after the event. Lost & Found inventory can be found HERE.

Service animals are permitted. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not permitted. Only legitimate service animals that are trained to provide assistance to an individual with a disability are welcome.
No, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges on tickets.
You can print your ticket OR bring it on your phone. Make sure you’ve downloaded the scannable code before you arrive at the venue as service issues have been known to happen.
We are working with Tixel, who provide a safe and easy place for you to sell your ticket to another fan. To sell your ticket, please go to tixel.com/sell and follow the prompts.
If you have already found a buyer for your ticket but want to complete the transaction safely, you can create a private sale by selecting the ‘make my listing private’ option at the final step.
Price Tiers have no differences aside from the cost. Once a tier sells out, the next price becomes available. Early buyers are rewarded with a discount for buying early. We always recommend buying the lowest available price for each ticket type.
3-DAY and Single Day Passes will be exchanged for cloth wristbands. Exchange your pass for a wristband when you arrive at the venue.
Once your ticket is scanned and exchanged for a Cloth wristband, the wristband becomes your ticket for entry. Lost wristbands will not be replaced. Please make sure your wristband is on securely before you enter.
If you wish to change your ticket type, transfers are possible via web browser online in your Eventbrite account. See HERE for instructions. Please note, refunds are not offered for downgrading ticket types. The cost difference will be charged for upgrades.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable festival experience for everyone, V2 Presents enforces a clear bag policy. Each attendee is permitted to bring ONE bag falling into one of the following approved categories:
Clear Bags
Material: Plastic, vinyl, or PVC.
Size: Must not exceed 16″ in length, 6″ in width, and 12″ in height.
Plastic Storage Bag
Type: Clear, one-gallon resealable.
Small Clutch Purses/Fanny Packs
Size: No larger than 14″ in length and 8″ in height with or without a handle or strap.
Clarity: These do not need to be clear.
Hydration Packs
Compartments: No more than three.
Size: Must not exceed 16″ in length and 12″ in height.
Clarity: These do not need to be clear.
*Please make sure your bag fits within the dimensions listed above. Security staff will be measuring bags, and if they are larger than the above dimensions, they will be denied.

Security and staff have the discretion to allow and not allow any items they find dangerous or unsuitable.
If we are unable to allow an item into the event, it will be your responsibility to return it to your car or home. We are not responsible for any items left at the venue.
