To enhance the safety and enjoyment of all attendees, MASV MUSIC GROUP has established the following guidelines for permitted and prohibited items at our festival events, including Get Lucky, Get Funky, Das Energi, Get Freaky, and Transmit festivals at The Saltair.
Please Note:
- These guidelines are specific to MASV MUSIC GROUP festivals and do not apply to tours or concerts at The Saltair.
- Venue-specific rules may vary; check the venue’s website for details.
- Security has the final say on permissible items.
- Any disallowed items must be returned to your car or home, as they cannot be stored at the venue.

Allowed Items
- Portable phone chargers
- Hand sanitizer (MUST BE SEALED)
- Sealed packs of tobacco items (cigarettes, chew, etc.. MUST BE SEALED.)
- E-cigs/Vapes/Mechanical Mods extra e-cig batteries, sealed bottles of E-Juice. (MUST BE SEALED)
- Polaroid film cameras / small digital (non-professional) cameras with no zoom lenses
- Earplugs
- Hula hoops including LED hoops, staffs, POI, and other large flow toys (will be searched)
- Prescription Meds if needed. (Must show a physician’s prescription and consult with the Security manager upon entry.)
- Chapstick
- Sunscreen

- Plushies are NOT allowed. Keychain (Labubu) size are ok, but no large plushies exceeding the size of a keychain. Plushie backpacks are NOT allowed.
- Backpacks
- Briefcases
- Camera bags
- Cinch bags
- Computer bags
- Luggage of any kind
- Totems & flagpoles (includes retractable flagpoles, inflatables and balloons)
- Pacifiers or binkies
- Headdresses
- Weapons of any kind
- Illegal substances and/or paraphernalia including Vicks
- Large or framed backpacks, purses or bags
- Professional video/audio recording equipment
- Professional still camera equipment with a detachable lens longer than 2 inches, tripods, big zooms, or commercial-use rigs
- Selfie sticks, GoPro cameras or attachments
- Lawn furniture, chairs, tents
- Laser pointers
- Glass or can containers of any kind
- Markers, Sharpies, paint pens, or spray paint
- Promotional items, samples, giveaways, flyers, or stickers

- Over the counter medication, liquid makeup or unsealed tampons

CLEAR BAG POLICY AT Get Freaky FESTIVAL
To ensure a safe and enjoyable festival experience for everyone, MASV MUSIC GROUP enforces a clear bag policy. Each attendee is permitted to bring ONE bag, falling into one of the following approved categories:
Clear Bags
- Material: Plastic, vinyl, or PVC.
- Size: Must not exceed 16″ in length, 6″ in width, and 12″ in height.
Plastic Storage Bag
- Type: Clear, one-gallon, resealable.
Small Clutch Purses / Fanny Packs
- Size: No larger than 14″ in length and 8″ in height, with or without a handle or strap.
- Clarity: These do not need to be clear.
Hydration Packs
- Compartments: No more than three
- Size: Must not exceed 16″ in length and 12″ in height.
- Clarity: These do not need to be clear.
Please Note:
- Ensure your bag meets the specified dimensions; security will measure bags at entry points. Oversized bags will be denied.
- Security has the final say on the admission of all items deemed dangerous or unsuitable.
- Attendees are responsible for returning prohibited items to their vehicles or homes. The festival is not liable for items left behind.

Accepted Forms of ID
In order to enter Get Freaky Festival 2026 all attendees must show Government Issued form of identification. You must have your ID present with you. Photos of IDs will not grant entry. You will be denied entry if you do not have a form of ID, please do not arrive at the venue without your ID.

WILL YOU RELEASE THE SET TIMES BEFORE Get Freaky Festival?
Yes, set times will be released sometime during the week prior to the event. Set times are subject to change.
What are the hours of operation?
7pm-2am on Friday/Saturday and 6pm-1am on Sunday
Do you have shuttles?
Yes, we do. Please secure your official shuttles here.
WHAT IF THE WEATHER IS BAD?
Get Freaky Festival happens rain or shine!
WHAT’S THE DEAL WITH PARKING?
Parking is limited on festival ground and is $20 per car, car pooling is highly encouraged. A big priority is to ensure attendees have a smooth and safe travel experience to Get Freaky.. We are working closely with UDOT and safety officials to ensure a smooth travel experience for all our patrons.
IS THERE CAMPING AT THIS FESTIVAL?
No.
WHERE SHOULD WE BOOK OUR HOTEL?
The Saltair is near the airport so any ‘airport’ area hotels are best. Downtown Salt Lake City is also in the area, about a 10-15 minute drive.
IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT? CAN I SIGN IN SOMEONE UNDER 18?
This is an 18+ event, there are no minors allowed inside the event. You must show proof of age before entering, see above for full list of acceptable forms of ID.
CAN I LEAVE AND COME BACK? OR CAN I GO OUT TO MY CAR AND BACK INSIDE?
There is no re-entry for this event.
HOW DO I BRING MY MEDICAL PRESCRIPTION?
If you do need to bring a medical prescription in, you can check in with the security manager at the front gates.
CAN I BRING IN MY VAPE GEAR?
Vapes and vape juice are allowed inside. You can only bring in unopened bottles of vape juice though.
CAN I BRING A SIGN OR TOTEM?
Totems are not allowed at Get Freaky Festival 2026 this includes retractable flagpoles. Hand held signs are ok.
CAN I BRING MY CAMERA?
We do not allow outside professional cameras inside of Get Freaky Festival without prior approval for press and media. Small digital cameras with no zoom lenses are permitted.
CAN I BRING MY CAMEL-BAK, HYDRATION PACKS AND EMPTY WATER BOTTLES?
Camel-baks, hydration packs and empty plastic water bottles are allowed at Get Freaky Festival, glass bottles are not allowed. Camel-baks or hydration packs must be empty upon arrival. And they will not be allowed in 21+ Bar area, please plan accordingly. There will be a water refill station outside and water for sale inside along with drinking fountains.

CAN I USE MY DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD INSIDE? DO YOU HAVE ATMS?
Yes, you can use your plastic. To purchase tickets, merch, food etc.. Parking is cash only. There are ATMs located inside the event.
DO I HAVE TO PRINT MY TICKET OR CAN I BRING IT ON MY PHONE?
You can print your ticket OR bring it on your phone, but must redeem for a wristband prior to festival entry at on of our wristband exchange locations.. Make sure you’ve downloaded the scannable code before you arrive at the venue as service issues have been known to happen.
WHAT IF I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT MY ONLINE TICKET?
